Exclusive ACUVUE® Rebates for Vision Service Plan (VSP) Members Beginning October 1, 2010, VSP members who purchase a qualifying supply of select ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses from a VSP doctor within 90 days from their exam are eligible to receive an extra $25 on top of the current national rebate program.
Currently, rebates are available on the following contact lens brands:
- 1-Day ACUVUE® TruEye™
- 1-Day ACUVUE® MoistACUVUE®
- OASYS® with HYDRACLEAR® Plus
- ACUVUE® OASYS® for ASTIGMATISM
- ACUVUE® OASYS® for PRESBYOPIA
Who is eligible? All VSP Members, regardless of plan coverage, are eligible for the additional $25 rebate when they purchase a qualifying supply of select ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses from a VSP network doctor within 90 days of their exam. Please note: CIGNA Vision and Medicaid members are not eligible for this rebate.
How does it work? It’s simple—all you have to do is follow these three easy steps:
- Get an exam from a VSP doctor.
- Purchase the required number of eligible ACUVUE lenses from a VSP doctor within 90 days of their eye exam.
