Now… Exclusive Bausch & Lomb Rebates for VSP Members.

Beginning November 1, 2010, Vision Service Plan (VSP) members will be eligible to receive savings of up to $70 in mail-in rebates when they purchase their annual supply of participating Bausch + Lomb contact lenses from our office—a higher value than any other nationally available rebate program from Bausch + Lomb.

Currently, rebates are available on the following contact lenses:

  • Bausch + Lomb PureVision®
  • Bausch + Lomb PureVision® for Astigmatism
  • Bausch + Lomb PureVision® Multi-Focal

Exclusive Vision Service Plan & Acuvue Rebates.

Exclusive ACUVUE® Rebates for Vision Service Plan (VSP) Members  Beginning October 1, 2010, VSP members who purchase a qualifying supply of select ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses from a VSP doctor within 90 days from their exam are eligible to receive an extra $25 on top of the current national rebate program.

Currently, rebates are available on the following contact lens brands:

  • 1-Day ACUVUE® TruEye™
  • 1-Day ACUVUE® MoistACUVUE®
  • OASYS® with HYDRACLEAR® Plus
  • ACUVUE® OASYS® for ASTIGMATISM
  • ACUVUE® OASYS® for PRESBYOPIA

Who is eligible? All VSP Members, regardless of plan coverage, are eligible for the additional $25 rebate when they purchase a qualifying supply of select ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses from a VSP network doctor within 90 days of their exam. Please note: CIGNA Vision and Medicaid members are not eligible for this rebate.

How does it work? It’s simple—all you have to do is follow these three easy steps:

  1. Get an exam from a VSP doctor.
  2. Purchase the required number of eligible ACUVUE lenses from a VSP doctor within 90 days of their eye exam.
  3. Complete and mail in the  VSP & Acuvue Rebate Form:
